1. About the Service

Available Clinics is an independent informational directory. We are not a clinic, booking agent, medical professional, insurer, regulator, or emergency service. The Service helps users discover and compare publicly available clinic information; it does not provide medical advice or determine which provider is right for you.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business or clinic, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Directory content and listings

Listings may be compiled from clinics, public sources, and third parties. Although we may review or verify information, we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Details can change without notice, and a clinic may not have reviewed its profile.

Inclusion, order, or prominence in the directory is not a recommendation, accreditation, quality rating, or guarantee. Some enhanced or featured placements may be paid for and should be identified as such. You must make your own checks directly with a provider before booking, paying, travelling, or relying on a listing.

The directory is subject to our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Clinic submissions and corrections

When you submit clinic information, a correction, image, or other material ("Submitted Content"), you confirm that:

• the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and is not misleading;
• you are authorised to provide it and have all necessary rights and permissions;
• it does not violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, advertising, professional, or other applicable laws or obligations;
• it does not include patient records or unnecessary sensitive personal information; and
• we may contact the clinic or relevant source to verify it.

You retain ownership of Submitted Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and use it as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Service. This licence lasts for as long as the content is used by the Service, subject to applicable law.

Submission does not guarantee publication. We may verify, edit, combine, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion. We may retain a private editorial record of a submission or decision as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to cause harm;
• submit false, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or unauthorised content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a clinic;
• probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, rate limits, access controls, or the proper operation of the Service;
• introduce malware or use automated requests that place an unreasonable load on the Service;
• scrape, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the directory without our written permission, except where applicable law permits it; or
• present directory content as personalised medical advice or an official regulatory record.

We may restrict access, block submissions, or take other reasonable action if we believe these Terms have been breached or the Service is being misused.

5. Intellectual property

The Service's design, branding, original editorial text, selection, arrangement, and software are owned by or licensed to Available Clinics and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Clinic names, logos, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. A listing does not grant either party rights in the other's trade marks.

You may view and use the Service for personal or internal business research. No other licence is granted unless we agree in writing or applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Third-party services

The Service may link to clinic sites, maps, booking platforms, and other third-party resources. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, products, or services. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that party and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, and may update or remove content, without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or secure availability. We are not responsible for delays or failures outside our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the Service guarantees an appointment, price, clinical outcome, or provider suitability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Available Clinics and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity, goodwill, or reputation, arising from use of or inability to use the Service, reliance on a listing, or dealings with a clinic or third party.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Responsibility for your submission

If you submit content on behalf of a business, you are responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from that content, your lack of authority to provide it, or your material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. General terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a reorganisation or transfer of the Service.

These Terms and the documents linked from them form the agreement between you and us concerning the Service. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and laws remain in force. Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction.
